Centrifugal Blowers

Designed to meet the requirements of a board and varied range if air conditioning and industrial applications. Housings and wheels are of rugged construction, designed and built to withstand the most severe operating stresses for the particular size and Class. Wheels receive an initial static and dynamic balance. Assembled fan units are given a a final running test at selected operating speed before shipment. Fans are available in all standard drive arrangements. A full complement of accessories and construction options permit a selection if a fan unit that will meet all requirements of a given application – and satisfy all standards of safety, maintenance, and service.

Pressure Blowers

Compact, efficient, low cost drive arrangement. Designed for continuous duty in high pressure applications. Stable operation from free delivery to shut off. Uniform pressure throughout operating ranges. All wheels are statically and dynamically balanced and every unit is given a final running mechanical test before shipment.
Optional Features: Flanged Inlet, Inlet Filters, Drain Connections, Vibration Pads, Rubber Connectors.


Direct Connected

Direct Drive Centrifugal Fans may be specified for any small exhaust purpose where resistance is caused by a long run of ducts exhausting fumes from chemical laboratories or dust from polishing wheels and grinders. Direct drive provides minimum maintenance and eliminates power waste of belts and pulleys. Durable one piece casted housing rotates to desired discharge position. Explosion proof, drip-proof and totally enclosed motors available. Drain openings in housing are also available if needed.


Material Handling Fans

The heavy-duty units are designed with rugged construction and specialized wheel designs to handle abrasive or fibrous materials without compensating performance or reliability. Commonly used in applications such as pneumatic conveying, dust collection, woodworking, and process ventilation, material handling fans deliver dependable airflow and durability even under the most demanding industrial environments. Each fan is selected to meet specific pressure, volume, and particulate requirements to ensure efficient and continuous operation. Featuring radial wheels, ideally suited to large variety of applications.


PVC and Fiberglass (FRP)

PVC and Fibreglass Fans are specifically designed for environments where corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility are critical. Constructed from high-quality PVC or reinforced Fibreglass materials, these fans provide reliable performance in applications involving harsh fumes, vapors, or corrosive gases. Commonly used in laboratories, wastewater treatment plants, and chemical processing facilities, they ensure long-lasting operation while maintaining structural integrity in challenging atmospheres. PVC and Fibreglass Fans combine lightweight construction with excellent durability, offering efficient airflow solutions for corrosive and non-metallic ventilation systems.


Fume Exhausters

Specially designed for continuous and reliable service in shipyards and other steel fabrication industries. This unit is designed for heavy duty applications.


Available Modifications

Sparkproofing in accordance with AMCA Standards is available for all fan sizes. Not applicable to any Arrangement with bearings in the airstream.

AMCA Type A: All parts in the airstream are of aluminum or non-ferrous construction.
AMCA Type B: Aluminum wheel and aluminum running ring at the shaft opening in the fan housing.
AMCA Type C: Aluminum inlet ring and aluminum backing plate between wheel and back side of fan housing.

SYSTEM EFFECT FACTORS
IMPROPER airflow conditions and non-uniform air inlet flow can create conditions that change the aerodynamic characterizes of the fan so that its full potential and not realized. Accessories added to the fan and restrictions in the airstream can also affect fan and system performance. All these facts must be considered by the system design engineer.
